10th Annual Garden Festival
Specialty Plants & Garden Ornaments Sale

Saturday, May 5, 2018

Garden Festival has become the most anticipated specialty plant, garden ornaments, and antiques sale in the region, featuring an exclusive collection of vendors from throughout the eastern seaboard.  Garden Festival guests can shop from more than 45 vendors offering hard-to-find perennials and annuals, unusual exotics and container specialties, decorative garden furniture, urns, statuary, and other architectural treasures.

Garden Festival also features complimentary lectures and demonstrations. At 11 am: "What's new, what's hot, what is so new your Grandma grew it?" with Lloyd Traven (Peace Tree Farm). Lloyd will look at the pipeline of new breeding, some oldies but goodies, and some wonderful heirlooms being reinvigorated for your garden.  At 1 pm: "Containers with Pizazz" with Claire Jones (Claire Jones Landscapes). This lecture & demonstration features both indoor and outdoor containers that Claire has created over the years for her broad portfolio of clients.

In addition to enjoying the unique shopping opportunities, guests are invited to tour Ladew’s spectacular gardens, visit the historic home of Harvey S. Ladew*, and stroll through the Nature Walk.  (*Manor House tours are by reservation on day of; space is limited)

Corporate Sponsors and Friends of Garden Festival are KEY supporters of this event. Through various levels of sponsorship, Friends enjoy the privilege of attending an exclusive VIP Preview Cocktail Party the night before the Festival at 5:30pm to 8:00pm, where they can enjoy preview shopping, as well as receiving early-bird tickets to Saturday’s sale before the gates open to the public.
