Making a Garden: A Historical and Personal Perspective

Join nationally acclaimed plantsman and Honorary Chair, David Culp for an exploration of garden design and its influences on your garden choices.

David Culp, is the Mid Atlantic representative and Head of New Plant Research and Development for Sunny Border Nursery in Connecticut. He teaches at Longwood Gardens, is a Garden Design Consultant and leads tours for Horticulture magazine, Longwood Gardens and Winterthur. He has been featured in Martha Stewart Living (which recently ran a piece on his gardens), Horticulture and Country Living magazines, among many others and is also a regular contributor to Fine Gardening. David gardens at his home in Pennsylvania where he hybridizes his own "Brandywine" hellebores.
